i have tried lots of similar tools, eg. unetbootin-windows-585, live-usb-install-2.4.0, Universal-USB-Installer-1.9.5.2 .. .. Mpeg 2 license raspberry pi 3. but only this works with my CentOS-5.6-i386-bin-DVD.iso thanks so much !!

Since Centos 6.5, you can create usb drive bootable by simply transferring iso file to usb using dd command.
